KidSHINE is a therapist-owned pediatric OT clinic on the North Shore that blends evidence-based practice with dynamic movement, sensory play, and our EXERSHINEkids POWER Bootcamp. We help kids build confidence, regulation, and strength — and we support our team with the same level of care and intention.
We’re looking for an experienced pediatric OT who wants to grow roots in a place that values collaboration, creativity, and balance.

  • Provide individualized OT sessions using a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming lens
  • Lead or support movement-based groups and EXERSHINEkids Bootcamp

    • Collaborate daily with a warm, energetic team of OTs and support staff

    • Hold an active MA OT license (NH is a plus)

Flexible Hours

 At KidSHINE, we believe work should fit your life, not the other way around. Our Rowley and Amesbury clinics are both open Monday through Friday, so you can build a predictable schedule that works for you. Dive into 1:1 OT sessions, lead our high-energy EXERSHINE Kids POWER Bootcamp classes, or mix and match!

Whether you want part-time, full-time, after-school slots, or per-diem flexibility, we’ve got you covered. Treat or teach bootcamp classes offsite at local schools, pick up extra hours, or dial back in summer for a shorter workweek. Need a change? Stay connected to our KidSHINE family in whatever capacity works best for you!

    Emily B.

    OT, MS, OTR

    Emily is a licensed and registered Occupational Therapist who received her master’s degree in Occupational Therapy in 2022, from American International College in Springfield, MA. She gained clinical experience working with children with ADD, ADHD, SPD, ASD, and a variety of other diagnoses. She has her bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology and considers fitness a passion. Emily is enthusiastic about incorporating the use of therapeutic exercise and movement in her treatment sessions to help bring confidence and success to children and their families. 

    In her free time, Emily enjoys exercising, playing with her dog, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
