Current & Upcoming Opportunities
Fall 2026: We are open to OTs interested in picking up after-school hours at either our Rowley or Amesbury location. This can be a great fit for someone looking to supplement a school-based or daytime position, with the opportunity to build additional hours over time.
February 2027: We anticipate a part-time maternity leave opening beginning in February, with the potential for continued hours beyond the leave coverage.

You May Be a Great Fit If You…
• Are a licensed Occupational Therapist in Massachusetts
• Have pediatric OT experience, with 3+ years preferred
• Enjoy working with neurodivergent children using a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach
• Love incorporating movement, sensory experiences, exercise and play into treatment
• Value collaboration with families and a supportive clinical team

Flexible Hours
At KidSHINE, we believe work should fit your life, not the other way around. Our Rowley and Amesbury clinics are both open Monday through Friday, so you can build a predictable schedule that works for you. Dive into 1:1 OT sessions, lead our high-energy EXERSHINE Kids POWER Bootcamp classes, or mix and match!
Whether you want part-time, full-time, after-school slots, or per-diem flexibility, we’ve got you covered. Treat or teach bootcamp classes offsite at local schools, pick up extra hours, or dial back in summer for a shorter workweek. Need a change? Stay connected to our KidSHINE family in whatever capacity works best for you!
