Join our dynamic group designed especially for girls, where we explore coping skills and strategies for self-regulation. Centered on empowerment and confidence building, "Empowering our Emotions" features building physical strength with dynamic warm-ups, crafting an emotional-regulation toolbox, fostering sensory input, teaching mindfulness activities, and incorporating our one-of-a-kind KidSHINE obstacle courses. In addition, we'll include components from our popular Girls Empowerment class to foster friendships and help girls support each other, promoting the development of self-esteem. Families will receive weekly challenges for practice with an adult, ensuring effective skill carry-over. Secure your child's spot now and watch  them shine as they cultivate positive social-emotional regulation skills.

*Please note: This group is reserved for current KidSHINE clients ONLY, and can be considered a valuable adjunct to your child’s 1:1 session.
