8 sessions
Ages 6-8 years
Time: 5:15-6:00PM
Duration: 45 minutes
Location:
kidSHINE Rowley
Teacher: Ms. Erin B
Type: Therapeutic Program

This therapeutic group for boys and girls is facilitated by one of our  licensed and registered occupational therapists, and it is the perfect opportunity to provide additional support in conjunction with your child’s current weekly 1:1 session. This group will provide exposure to coping skills and strategies for self-regulation with a focus on empowerment and confidence building through engaging activities including: dynamic warm ups, building an emotional-regulation toolbox, sensory input, mindfulness activities, and unique kidSHINE obstacle courses. Families will be provided with weekly challenges to practice with an adult, which is important for skill carry-over. Reserve your child’s spot now and watch them SHINE as they build positive social-emotional regulation skills.

*There is NO make up week this session, but your child will be able to join a different class throughout the fall session as a makeup.
