Strengthening fine motor and visual motor skills is crucial for the development of writing abilities! Our Writing Warriors program targets these foundational motor skills in a fun and engaging way.  This weekly group features a brief gross motor component to warm up muscles and support core strength, and a primary focus on refining fine motor dexterity, hand strength, and writing foundations. Through theme-based activities and crafts, kiddos will engage in exercises targeting fine motor skills, reinforcing letter formation, and practicing tool use. Utilizing fine motor games and classroom tools, they'll build strength and dexterity while delving into the letter of the week. This group is expertly designed to enhance success in the classroom, especially in fine motor areas like written output, pencil grasp, and coloring skills.

*Please note: This group is reserved for current KidSHINE clients ONLY, and can be considered a valuable adjunct to your child’s 1:1 session. If your child requires 1:1 therapist support for successful participation in an integrated group program please email Amy@kidshine-ot.com for availability and pricing details.
